SUMMARY:Becoming a Transformational Educator
DESCRIPTION:Greetings from the Tift College of Education! Now\, as much as any time in history\, our schools and districts need strong\, transformational educators. And Mercer University stands at the forefront of helping produce those transformational educators! If you achieved your bachelors degree in Education\, we offer Master’s programs that will help you hone your craft. If your bachelors degree is in another field\, but you’re still interested in becoming a teacher\, there’s also a Master’s degree program to help you get there! During this session\, we will explore Mercer’s Master of Arts in Teaching programs (for those seeking initial certification) as well as our Master’s of Education programs (for those certified at the Bachelor’s level). We’ll go over delivery model\, available content areas\, a breakdown of the state-wide certification process\, and the benefits available for our Mercer graduates. We hope to see you there!
