SUMMARY:Countdown to 19: Let Your Life Speak: A Fireside Chat With President Elkins
DESCRIPTION:What is your life asking of you? Join President Penny L. Elkins\, Ph.D.\, for a moderated conversation\, followed by an audience question-and-answer session. Inspired by Parker J. Palmer’s book Let Your Life Speak\, the discussion will explore themes of purpose\, vocation and leadership. Open to students\, faculty\, staff\, alumni and community partners\, including those who have not read the book. \nThis event is part of Mercer University’s Countdown to 19\, a university-wide celebration of the historic investiture of Penny L. Elkins\, Ph.D.\, as Mercer’s 19th president. The investiture ceremony will be held on October 29 and streamed live for the global Mercer community. Learn more at inauguration.mercer.edu.
