Objectives
Train professionals to apply concepts of Lean and Six Sigma to fix problems and improve products and services using Lean concepts and the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. The training will enable participants to effectively lead teams and help their organizations meet profit and strategic objectives.

Training Course Descriptions
Our course will provide and equip participants with the ability to use tools and concepts to solve operational problems, improve processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction. By the end of the course, participants will be able to use Lean techniques for waste identification and elimination and perform analytical and statistical problem solving using the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

Duration
28-hour course with: three 8-hour live sessions, one 4-hour live session, 4-hour online exam. Project mentoring throughout the course.
