Objectives

Train professionals to apply concepts of Lean and Six Sigma to fix problems and improve products and services using Lean concepts and the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. The training will enable participants to effectively lead teams and help their organizations meet profit and strategic objectives.

Audience

Team members, supervisors, leaders, project, and business managers, desiring to learn how to use methods and tools solve problems and improve products and services. Professionals working in manufacturing, government, and service environments (healthcare, finance, education, consulting, hospitality etc.)

Training Course Descriptions

Our course will provide and equip participants with the ability to use tools and concepts to solve operational problems, improve processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction. By the end of the course, participants will be able to use Lean techniques for waste identification and elimination and perform analytical and statistical problem solving using the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

Duration

28-hour course with: three 8-hour live sessions, one 4-hour live session, 4-hour online exam. Project mentoring throughout the course.

Training Dates:

Schedule: (28 hours, all full-day sessions on Friday from 830A – 5P)

Session 1 – April 30

Session 2 – May 7

Session 3 – May 21

Project – June 4 (830A – 1230P)

***Certificate exam to be taken online within one week of course end date

One-week break in instruction. Course instructors will be available for individual project mentoring and questions if needed.

June 4th Session 4:

* Project Report Out

Online Certificate Exam (4 hours)

To be taken and passed within one week of course end date
