Though they are utilizing technology to host their encounters\, employers are just as motivated to meet with college students and graduates in a virtual space as they were face-to-face; maybe even more! \nThere are many similarities between face-to-face career fairs and virtual ones. There are many differences too! We are all learning the ways we can show up in a virtual space these days. Career seekers certainly shouldn’t “wing it” and have opportunities diminish.
