DESCRIPTION:Do you know your history? The My Name Matters Campaign asks all Mercerians this question through their project\, Hidden Threads: Intellect\, Diversity & Religious Freedom. The research study has been designed to explore and analyze the historical timeline and debate between Mercer University and the Georgia Baptist Convention severance. With the contribution of the materials stored in the University’s Archives\, we have newly restored video footage from the “We are Mercer” rally of 2005. Join us to view this rediscovered footage and discussion. All Mercer Faculty\, Staff\, Students\, and  Alumni are invited to attend one of these sessions.
