DESCRIPTION:McEachern Art Center (the MAC) presents a series of diptych photographs by Stephanie Sutton that aims to tell a story about the artist’s food choices in “FOODFACE.” The show will run through Nov. 16. \nFeaturing 99 photos and video installations\, “FOODFACE” records the last thing Sutton ate and her face each day. Sutton is currently an assistant professor in photography and expanded media at Winthrop University in South Carolina. \nThe MAC is located at 332 2nd Street\, Macon and has regular operating hours Thursday-Saturday from 4-8 p.m. Admission is always free and open to the public. DESCRIPTION:Mercer football head coach Mike Jacobs joins longtime Mercer Radio Network play-by-play announcer Rick Cameron each Thursday evening for the 2024 Mike Jacobs Coach’s Show on stage at the Wild Wing Café in north Macon. \nFans are encouraged to attend the live broadcast of the show which will be held every Thursday evening throughout the 2024 season from 7-8 p.m. at the Shoppes at River Crossing location. The show is slated to preview that week’s opponent for the Bears\, as well as highlight select players\, coaches and members of the Mercer Football community. \nThe show is broadcast on SportsMic Radio. Those unable to attend can also watch live via the Mercer Football Facebook page.
