The band was formed in 2020 by members all “native” to the Macon and middle Georgia area\, and has performed dozens of festivals and special events around the southeast. \nDIREWOOF is a collaborating celebration of the music of not only The Grateful Dead\, featuring some of Central Georgia’s finest musical talent\, but also the rich history of Southern Rock in our region and the culture it inspires.
