Join the Mercer University Dance Team for a college prep clinic. Participants will learn choreography to the Mercer fight song, as well as both a hip hop and pom dance. A "gameday" and technique session has also been included as part of the agenda. Following the clinic, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with current members of the Mercer Dance Team. BEAR Day is an annual celebration of research accomplishments by undergraduate students at Mercer University. Students from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the School of Business, the School of Music, the School of Engineering, the College of Education, the College of Health Professions, and the College of Professional Advancement will present posters and give talks during BEAR Day festivities, which are taking place April 10-11, 2025, on Mercer's Macon campus.

Learn basic flamenco steps, rhythm and movement. This four-part series with Elena Moro (Professional Flamenco Dancer, Visual Artist, and Photographer) invites participants to explore, experience, and capture the essence of artistic expression and cultural immersion. From the emotional intensity of flamenco performance to photographing movement, from hands-on dance practice, each session offers a unique doorway into connecting with movement, culture, and emotion. Students can attend one, several, or all sessions for a comprehensive experience.
