A film series that explores a variety of contemporary and historical topics across Africa, including colonial history, politics, peoples, cultures, cuisine, economic, and geographic diversity, gender, Africa’s engagement with globalization, and much more. This cross-disciplinary learning experience is free and open to students in all colleges and disciplines. Faculty and staff are also welcome. It is open to all film lovers, anyone interested in learning about Africa and its significance to their identity, and anyone seeking a more accurate understanding of the world we live in
