Do films have the power to break barriers, open minds, and transform lives? Discover the answer at the Africa Film Series, hosted by Dr. Obidoa and Sponsored by the Africana Studies Program and Quad Works. On September 25, students, faculty, staff, and the public are welcome to join us in Stetson 251 as we watch and discuss “African Independence”, a film covers the epic story of the most important events to happen on the African continent since enslavement and colonization by Europeans.
