Mercer University's 17th Annual Building the Beloved Community Symposium welcomes Daniel Hill, pastor of Chicago's River City Community Church and author of White Awake: An Honest Look at What It Means to Be White. The symposium gathers members of the community and faculty, staff, and students across racial and denominational lines to work toward racial justice and reconciliation as a part of their faith.
