This Thursday, Jan. 25, kicks off the first week of the College Town Throwback Film Series! Students from Mercer University, Middle Georgia State University, and Wesleyan College will be able to see movies for FREE at the historic Douglass Theatre downtown at 7 p.m. MGA’s Dr. Patrick Brennan will show “Paper Moon” on January 25th. Mercer’s Evey Wilson Wetherbee will be showing “Back to the Future” on February 1. Wesleyan’s Tom Ellington will show “Groundhog Day” on February 8. Come out and enjoy the fun! Free for students and $5 for the public.
