Democratic Candidate for Georgia Lieutenant Governor Josh McLaurin Comes to Mercer

Mercer Young Democrats will host Josh McLaurin, Democratic nominee for Georgia Lieutenant Governor, on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. in Godsey Science Center Room 102.

The event will provide members of the Mercer community with an opportunity to hear directly from McLaurin about his campaign, priorities, and vision for Georgia. The evening will include a conversation with McLaurin followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and engage in discussion. This event is open to all Mercer Students from all schools, faculty, and staff. Attendees must register for the event with the link BEFORE the event takes place. All attendees must show Mercer ID numbers upon entrance.
