We are excited to announce Campus Health will be hosting Flu Vaccine Clinics for Mercer students, faculty and staff again this year. To expedite check-in, please email your completed form and a copy (front and back) of your insurance card to chforms@mercer.edu at least 24 hours before you arrive.
