As part of Internship Week 2019, the Mercer Center for Career and Professional Development and Delta Sigma Pi will present a Dress for Success fashion show.
The definition of professional attire has certainly evolved over the past few decades. But, what does professional attire mean? What does business casual attire mean? Depending on the industry, company, and job role, various levels of formality regarding workplace attire are expected today.
So, how should a candidate for an internship dress for the internship interview? How should the intern dress at the workplace of their internship? Is this any different than a job candidate or employee?
