The Macon-Mercer Symphony Orchestra’s Fundraising Gala, A Night of Illumination, is our most anticipated event of the season. The evening will begin with “Vivaldi Fest,” featuring a private performance by Emmy award-winning violinist Robert McDuffie and students from the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings, performing excerpts from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
The evening will continue with the gala dinner and entertainment by The Happy Fits, including cellist Calvin Langman, a former McDuffie student, in collaboration with current McDuffie students.
An after-party will include dancing and music provided by professional electric violinist Michelle Winters.
