Need a mental health break? Come destress at Mindful Mercer’s biweekly meetings. Meetings will include meditation, yoga, and mindful activities like painting or walking. Welcome to all, beginner friendly, for community & self-care. Meetings are Thursdays at 5 p.m. in front of the Tattnall Square Park Fountain. Bring a friend and something to sit on.
