Mercer’s Undergraduate Constitution Day Observance, sponsored by the McDonald Center for America’s Founding Principles. James Stoner (LSU) will give a lecture titled “Originalism and Common Law: Opponents or Friends.” It will be held Thursday, Sept. 12 at 6 p.m. in SEB 110 on the Macon campus.
