The Mercer women's golf team hosts the Mercer Invitational at the River Forest Golf Club in Forsyth, Georgia. First and second round action will be held on Oct. 30, and the final round on Oct. 31.

Recitals are held in the Bell House Jennings Salon, 315 College St., at 7 p.m. and are free and open to the public. Seating is first come, first served.  Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.

The Mercer University Wind Ensemble will present an evening of chamber wind music featuring voice: solo and choral. Sheila Dunn, Richard Koswoski, and Timothy McReynolds will be guest soloists. The Choral Society of Middle Georgia will be featured in a performance of Johannes Brahms’ Begräbnisgesang.
