New transfer students meet with a faculty advisor to finalize their fall schedule, receive their Bear Card, and connect with campus resources.

New first-year students and families celebrate the start of their Mercer experience. Residential students move into residence halls during specific time frames and commuter students attend a special program.

First-year students attend their mandatory fall orientation program, Bear Beginnings, to prepare for the fall semester ahead.

Transfer student check-in with Academic and Advising Services, receive their new student materials, partake in morning workshops, complete any necessary placement exams, and participate in New Student Convocation.

The second bi-annual meeting of the Counselor Education and Supervision Advisory Board. This Advisory Board will provide input on the program, the curriculum and how best to prepare counselors and supervisors to go out into the community. Some of the members are working in the field and out in the community now and will share their experience and knowledge to help improve the program.   AACC, Room 375
