Under the direction of guest conductor Jeffrey Rowser, the Saturday afternoon concert concludes the 2nd Annual Bands at The Grand Honor Band Festival featuring top high school students who have auditioned and traveled from around the region to participate in this 3-day festival of masterclasses, performances, and community building.
