Collaborative pianist Kyung-A Yoo continues to explore lesser known but compelling American piano chamber works accompanied by soprano Martha Malone, cellist Leo Singer, flautist Kelly Via, and violinist River Sawchyn. The program "Mementos" consists of works composed by Bolcom, Previn, Ives, and Piston.

Mercer Theatre Presents: Mercer Haunts

Part of Mercer’s Gothic Festival, this show features ghost stories from Mercer and Middle Georgia, interspersed with moments from Gothic authors. Saxophonist Matthew Patnode is associate professor of saxophone and jazz studies at North Dakota State University in Fargo. He has earned degrees and certificates from the State University of New York at Potsdam, the Conservatoire de Bordeaux, France, and Arizona State University.
