Join us for Encountering Ableism: Discussion on Disability with disability justice expert Mary Grace DuPree. Rev. DuPree will speak with us on Thursday, February 20th from 6-7 PM in Stetson 251. She will help us understand underlying ableist beliefs and helpful actions toward accessibility. There will be a Q&A session after her talk. The Technology Workshop event is co-presented by the Department of Informatics and Mathematics and the Mercer Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD). This event informs our technology students about the importance of internships in gaining sophisticated IT skills, networking with industry professionals and leaders, and exposing students to the actual career environment.
