When: The exhibit runs through March 22. Museum hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Where: Tubman African American Museum, 310 Cherry St., Macon Details: In collaboration with the museum, Mercer Associate Professor of History and Africana Studies Dr. Matt Harper and students in his African American history course researched and curated an exhibit that features advertisements for runaway slaves published in the Macon Telegraph from 1823-1865. Museum admission is free for museum members and Mercer students and $5 for all others.
