This is sure to be a stunning season finale. The Wind Ensemble is excited to perform in Porter Auditorium and feature works with organ and wind ensemble. A highlight of the program will be Thomas Trachsel’s Concertino for Organ and Symphonic Band; Ted Babbitt, organ. Lucas Meinberg, flute, will be featured in The Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Free and open to the public.

The Mercer University Wind Ensemble will break into chamber groups to present an eclectic and varied evening of music. Featured groups will include the brass quintet and wind quintet as well as other ensembles from within the band.
