Join us for Encountering Ableism: Discussion on Disability with disability justice expert Mary Grace DuPree. Rev. DuPree will speak with us on Thursday, February 20th from 6-7 PM in Stetson 251. She will help us understand underlying ableist beliefs and helpful actions toward accessibility. There will be a Q&A session after her talk. Former sociology student at Mercer Rhonda Ross-Hunter is an experienced social service professional with extensive experience in foster care and community engagement. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Brookdale Resource Center (homeless shelter), Rhonda focuses on assisting local unhoused citizens with employment resources and housing options. Rhonda holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Mercer University and a Masters degree from Fort Valley State University.
