Mercer Law School’s Association of Women Law Students (AWLS) will host the 9th annual Lauren Giddings 5K on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Amerson River Park, 2551 North Pierce Drive in Macon. Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the race starts at 11 a.m. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate, and children and pets are encouraged to join the event. Registration is $25 per runner, or $35 for registration that includes a T-shirt. Walk-up registration will be available on race day.
