The America Reads/ America Counts tutoring program is designed to enhance the reading and math skills of Kindergarten-8th grade students in Macon-Bibb County. Prospective tutors for the 2026-2027 academic year should plan to attend a orientation session, where they can learn bout this year’s ARAC requirements and program dates.

Orientation will be held at several different times, please select the time that works best for you. You will need to make another appointment for background checks.
