Welcome to our inaugural conference sponsored by the Pi Gamma at-Large Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau and Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University. We are glad you have joined us to engage in community and explore concrete ways to elevate our practice as nurses.
Conference Objectives:
1. Articulate how to use the Code of Ethics for Nurses in everyday nursing practice.
2. Explore the role of nurses in the implementation and use of artificial/augmented intelligence (AI) in the healthcare system.
3. Articulate new practices associated with care of identified populations.
4. Reflect on the initiatives, projects, and ideas from colleagues to advance your nursing practice.
5. Generate ideas for how to build resiliency in our individual practice and in the systems in which we practice nursing.
