To open the second season of Macon’s smash success symphony, we celebrate the homecoming of Roderick Cox, the Macon-born superstar conductor garnering worldwide recognition. This lighthearted program borrows from epic love stories across a number of cultures, from Smetana’s comic opera The Bartered Bride to Ravel’s mythic ballet Daphnis et Chloé to Bernstein’s Broadway West Side Story. $25-35, students FREE at the door.
