Navigating a Virtual Career Expo/Fair

Employers all over the nation are switching their recruitment strategy to virtual recruiting. Though they are utilizing technology to host their encounters, employers are just as motivated to meet with college students and graduates in a virtual space as they were face-to-face; maybe even more!

There are many similarities between face-to-face career fairs and virtual ones. There are many differences too! We are all learning the ways we can show up in a virtual space these days.
