This annual gala program features "Friends and Family," a showcase of spectacular works celebrating musical families and friendships from the past and present.

This art exhibition focuses on international posters on gender-based inequality, violence and discrimination.

Jazz faculty Monty Cole and Marcus Reddick join special guests Kevin Bales, piano; Jeremy Roberts, guitar; and Neal Starkey, bass, for an evening of small group jazz. The jazz quintet will perform a varied repertoire ranging from classic bebop to modern masterworks, including the premiere of new compositions.

A fun concert featuring violinists Fabiola Kim and Amy Schwartz Moretti, cellist Leo Singer, and McDuffie Center for Strings Young Artists is a strings delight! Join us as the Mercer Wind Ensemble's tradition of presenting a chamber winds concert enters its 21st season, conducted by Dr. Brittan Braddock, director of bands. Repertoire selected will feature each musician in a variety of combinations coached by the woodwinds, brass, and percussion faculty.

There will be an interdisciplinary discussion panel on the topic at 4:30-5:30 p.m. Jan. 26 in the Connell Student Center, Conference Room 2. The panel includes Dr. Natalie Bourdon, Dr. Erin McClenathan, Dr. Amy Nichols-Belo and Dr. Laura Simon and is moderated by Tennille Shuster.
