United Way's Read United is looking for volunteers to read to elementary school students during Read for the Record. This year student volunteers will be reading "Nigel and the Moon." There are two time slots at each school: 10am-11am and 11am-12pm. Volunteers can pick from a variety of school around Macon! A dance competition with judges and prizes!

This will be an educational event on how to adult as a college student. We plan to have a lesson on changing a tire and oil in a car. There will also be information on nutrition and how to keep up a healthy lifestyle while being in college. There will also be a pamphlet on baby care, sexual awareness, drug abuse and recipes for mocktails.

The Lettie Pate Whitehead Scholars Program is hosting a Clothing and Food Drive from Monday, November 7th through Friday, November 11th in the Connell Student Center lobby! We'll be set up at the table from 11am-2pm each day, but if you're unable to stop by the CSC lobby during these times, you're more than welcome to drop any donations in the Office for Student Success, located on the second floor of the Stembridge Center, at any time throughout the week.…
