MVSA Pho and Boba Food Stand

It is a food stand organized by Mercer's Vietnamese Student Association that sells pho, Thai tea, and Lychee green tea to raise money towards making prosthetics for amputee patients located in rural areas with little to no access to proper health care in Vietnam.

This show invites viewers to explore Geyer’s evolution from childhood to his current body of work, highlighting the rich interplay between object and origin. Featuring an array of materials, sketches, and finished pieces, the exhibition illustrates the progression of Geyer’s philosophy, practice, and process.

Novelist Sanjena Sathian, Mercer's 2025 Ferrol A. Sams Distinguished Chair of English, will read from her fiction on January 23. Sathian is the author of the critically acclaimed novel Gold Diggers, which was named a Top 10 Best Book of 2021 by the Washington Post and longlisted for the Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize.
