The Mercer University Wind Ensemble joins forces with Perry High School to present a celebratory fall concert to kick off the season.

Dr. Gregory Hamilton will perform a wide variety of his compositions for the organ, lute, harpsichord, and theorbo.

Featuring jazz adventurer and alumnus Banks Daniels, this is an evening of modern jazz, including "West Point" by Michael Conrad and "African Skies" by Michael Brecker.

Guest composer and conductor Dr. Jack Stamp will conduct two pieces on the program including his famous "Gavorkna Fanfare" to open the evening. Cailey Martinez will be featured in Dr. Stamp's "Elegy for English Horn and Band" and the Mercer Wind Ensemble will perform pieces by Peter Mennin, Leonard Bernstein, and Katahj Copley.
