Being a Bear means being a good neighbear!

Join MerServe for Be a Good NeighBEAR, an annual day of service dedicated to giving back to the Macon community that we are proud to call home. Students will work alongside local nonprofit organizations and community partners on a variety of service projects that help strengthen our neighborhoods and build lasting community connections.

Whether you’re new to volunteering or a seasoned service leader, this is a great opportunity to meet fellow students, make a positive impact, and live out Mercer’s commitment to service.

No experience is necessary, just bring comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a willingness to lend a helping hand. Mercer spirit is always welcome. Transportation to service sites will be provided when needed.
