A thoughtful MMSO concert highlights the diversity of American experiences: “From the New World,” created when Czech-born Dvořák was working in the U.S., and one of the most popular orchestral pieces from an American composer, Bernstein’s Candide overture. Jazz virtuoso Aaron Diehl will take on Gershwin, an American icon, in Concerto in F. Student seats are always free at the door at the symphony with valid ID. Tickets range from $25-35. BUY NOW
