As Mercer gears up to put on the Hope Walks Here Suicide Awareness Campus Walk (April 9th), with the help of Diversity & Inclusion, TRIO, Student Support, Minority Mentors and Residence Life, CAPS will be hosting a Suicide Prevention and Solidarity Town Hall (April 6th) for students. We will have a special guest speaker, our very own Dr. Samantha Murfree, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, who will be sharing her personal experience with mental health. This event is to help students who are struggling connect with other students on campus, learn more about CAPS, and to show students that they are not alone. Join the conversation that could save a life!
